Coordinated with business stakeholders to understand application requirements and business objectives in order to provide user-focused design solutions to fulfill defined requirements. Researched the static PDF complex billing system and worked with the stakeholders to design and develop a user-friendly web-based billing system. The billing system reduced calls to customer service about billing reconciliations that occur after the end of a billing cycle. Designed mobile application to give members easy access to their benefit and claims information from their mobile device.
